Hp elitebook 8570p
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
Hp says EliteBook 8570p with i7 3740QM, Windows 7 Professional max ram is 16 Gb. Intel says max ram for i7 3740QM is 32 Gb. Will the Hp 8570p accept and effectively use 32Gb?

Hi:

The max is 8 GB per memory slot.

Since your notebook only has two memory slots, the maximum memory is 16 GB.

The 8570w with the quad core processor can take 32 GB of memory because it has 4 memory slots.
