I am using HP-15 cc129tx laptop. Currently it has a 1x8 GB RAM at 2400MHz. I am planning on upgrading the RAM, to 2x8GB, so will my system support 3200MHz RAM chips ? Also does HP-15 cc129tx has support for m.2 nvme for ssd upgrade ?

Hi:
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.
Chapter 1 has the memory and SSD upgrade info.
Your notebook's M.2 slot supports NVMe SSD's.
Your notebook can only run the memory at a max speed of 2400 MHz.
DDR4-3200 memory will work fine, but only at the 2400 MHz speed.

You're very welcome.
I do not believe so.
The drive capacities listed in the manual are just what HP offered in the model series, not the max capacity supported.
If you look at the Crucial memory/SSD report for your model, they indicate NVMe SSD's up to 2 TB are supported.
Note that the P5 Plus SSD's are PCIe Gen 4 and would not reach the full advertised read/write speeds in your notebook since it only has a PCIe Gen 3 NVMe slot.

Hii
I tried to find compatible RAM size for intel i5 gen processors on intel's website and i found a page, which has listed all the processors and their compatible RAM.
https://www.intel.in/content/www/in/en/support/articles/000007393/processors.html
One more website which gives informations about RAM compatibility is
