HP Pavilion 15 Laptop PC 15-eh3000 (794P3AV)

Hello!

I have a question about the maximum supported ram for my laptop. My laptop are HP pavilion 15 15-eh3000 and the motherboard are HP 8BC7 version 68,20. The original installed ram are 8 GB (4GB X 2 speed 3200 MHZ).

When I openned the CMD and wrote "wmic memphysical get MaxCapacity, MemoryDevices" it shows to me 16 GB with two slots. Does this mean that my laptop can have a two ram with 16 GB each or it can have just one piece of 16GB ?

Thank you in advance for answering

From page 1 of its manual, you can use 16GB max (2 x 8gb) using   DDR4-3200  RAM. No you have to use 2 x 8GB.
