Hi guys, I can switch ON the bluetooth, but when i click add device nothing shows up, and i can't pair with other devices. also when i want to make it doscoverable it says bluetooth service error, bluetooth might be unplugged

Did you upgrade/downgrade your machine ? Please try the following Mediatek (Ralink) Bluetooth Software Driver:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71572.exe
