If this is a Samsung laptop this site only provides support for Samsung printing devices. Samsung itself still owns the laptop business. If this is an HP model, please post the model number. Often specs are based on commonly available memory when the device is released and may not be accurate for newer memory modules. Crucial used to guarantee their recommendations if you purchase memory from the site, check if they still do.
