Need simple advice on memory HD issue...I have thousands of photos on this pc whereas the memory bar displays red, photos will not open, or show thumbnail plus cannot open documents, etc. 

Problem is i have iphone pics syncing from icloud to One Drive on pc which are then downloaded to particular One drive folder. I have had to purchase extra $10+ monthly for BOTH cloud service storage. I'm overpaying for cloud storage and maxed on pc.  I thought I was being savvy purchasing Orbi home wifi thinking I could add external HD for home storage, but nope, not a feature added. What are simple options that my older brain is not realizing?  

 

Many are family pics, but sell online quantifying need to quickly access pics from other pc devices. One Drive has been working solution locating uploads to various site platforms, however; full memory has been frustrating.  

 

I know just enough tech realizing I don't know much!
