My HP Spectre x360 - 13-ac023dx laptop is crash very much often. blue screen of death in windows10.
The reason is memory management.
I try to take my computer to the hp-lab near, but they says my computer is Refurbished and that why they can't take for repair.
My question is how can I repair my computer? can I replace my memory in this model?
HP Recommended
On that model the memory is "onboard" meaning soldered onto the motherboard so bad memory essentially means a defective motherboard requiring a very expensive and difficult replacement.
On the other hand it is a very nice laptop and would be expensive to replace. We could likely help you find a motherboard' I can't guarantee one is available in a market accessible to you but it likely is and perhaps you can find a local technician. I would expect cost all in to be $4-500 US.
