Hello community:
I am wondering how can I upgrade those components on my laptop, I am trying to found a video on YouTube but everyone looks so difficult.
Is it any way that I could send my laptop to a HP Support Center to help me with that and how much do I have to pay?
I want to upgrade my Memory RAM to 16GB and change my Hard Drive to a SSD.
Regards.

According to the product specifications it shows that your PC has been shipped with 8GB DDR3L SDRAM (1 DIMM) - RAM and
1TB 5400RPM hard drive with HP ProtectSmart Hard Drive Protection - Hard drive.
You can upgrade the Memory upto 16 GB where as the SSD you can go ahead and upgrade it to regular SSD of 2.5 inch which should be compatible on your notebook.
Use HP PartSurfer to find the names and part numbers for all replaceable parts on your computer: Click here & order it via the HP Parts store (Click here).
Please note, these are the parts which are tested on your PC, If you wish to try other parts you can try it at your own discretion, HP Doesn't recommend any upgrade/downgrade of any hardware parts or software that is bundled with the product. It may affect the manufacturer's warranty and performance.
Let me know if this helps!
Have a great day ahead!
