Product: ENVY 17.u273cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The manual said the memory capacity is 16 GB but the HP Windows 10 test program showed the capacity of 32 GB. Which capacity is correct?


My current laptop has 16 GB DDR4 installed.

And yes, it supports 16GB. Crucial also confirmed that

 

         https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/envy-17-u273cl

 

But I believe it supports 32GB. You can try at your own risk.
