Dears
My laptop kept hung up every 10-15 mins, and sometimes got the sade face blue screen with following stop codes:
- Memory Management.
- System Service Exception.
- Kmode Exception Not Handled
Therefore, I run Chkdsk, SFC (with dims online image), in the safe mode. then run the diagnostic test from EUFI for memory and got the below error (and attached):
0GDXPV-72F9LX-MFGH6J-403E03
I have two Ram slots configured as following:
Slot 1 8GB PLC3
Slot 2 4GB PLC3
I made some Ram probabilities (by removing Ram sticks and install one by one to one slot each time) then run the test from EUFI for memory.
I got the below error when any memory (8MB or 4MB) install to slot2
0GDXPV-72F9LX-MFGH6J-40J603
Memory Module 2: Bottom-Slot 2 (Under)
Component test: Failed
My questions:
- Does the slot 2 is reparable? and how? for info, my warranty was expired.
- If not, I will live with one slot with 8GB Ram, can I install upgrade it to 16GB or 32GB PCL3 or PCL4?
Regards.

Hi,
It seems the second slot is defective. You can install a 16GB module of DDR4 2400MHz in the first slot and it will work.
You can purchase from your preferred brand such as Crucial, Samsung...
Hope it helps,
David
