HP 250 G3 (Product No: J8K62PA)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

SO I bought 2 rams' for my HP 250 G3. Each stick is 4 GB 1600 Mhz and 1.35V. now I have 2 ram slots and Each of the ram woks perfectly in every ram slots but whenever I go to plug in 2 of them at the same time, Nothing is appeared in the scene.

Now my query is Does my laptop support dual channel memory support? If yes and I am certain about it why my rams' are not working at the same time? What should I do? Is there anything with the bios? I am using latest F.47 A version.

Thank you so much for your time,

With Regards,
Minhaz Sumit

@skMHz786

There are many models/products for the series. Machines with core processor accept RAM on 2 slots but machines with Intel Bay Trail M processor may only accept RAM on 1 slot.

Do you know what is the processor on your machine ?

Regards.
