Product: HP15 ba009dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have this laptop HP15 ba009dx and I opened the computer and seen that the memory is a

 

PC3L 14900s -13-13-B4

 

Do I have to find the exact same type of memory or can I just use regular ddr3 types of memory, This type of memory is kind of expensive. Can I mix and match types of memory?

It is much better to use SAME existing RAM but you can mix and match same characteristics RAM such as the following compatible RAM:
