Hp Envy 15t-ae100

I have 8GB of RAm, how high can I go on my HP Envy 15t-ae100?

Also, the 8 GB of RAM already installed, is it just 1 stick I have inside... or 2 of 4  GB of RAM.    This will make a difference in what I buy, since if it's 1 stick that's 8 GB and I can go up to 16 GB, then, I'll just buy 1 that is 8 GB to install.

@judyaz

From my memory, I said it is a CTO machine therefore only you know it has 1 x 8GB or 2 x 4GB. You can use the following tool to see RAM on each slot

As you can see: my machine has 8GB in a single slot

Banhien, thank you! I will download this tool to look.

Also, how do I tag you as you tag me?  I tried @banhein and it doesn't do anything.

Are you able to look at my post about "Noise"?  I tried with the other HP person said... but it doesn't help.  I hope you could help me.  I want to fix my computer since I am starting med school soon and don't want to be the girl with the loud computer in class.

Thank you!

Judy
