HP ZBook Firefly 16 inch G11 Mobile Workstation PC IDS Base Model

I want to install a 32 GB module instead of a 16GB one.

I found the only compatible here: https://www.kingston.com/en/memory/search/model/109535/hp-hpe-zbook-firefly-16-inch-g11-mobile-works...
KCP556SD8-32 - DDR5 262 pin, CAS-46, Non-ECC Unbuffered, 2Rx8 1.1V,16Gbit

But it doesn't work. The laptop doesn't boot with this memory (black screen + fan).

What may be the reason for the problem?
Where can I find a correct list of compatible memory if the memory is not compatible?

This is the part number of the specified 32 gig module:

32 GB N50075-002

Here is the Crucial version which is compatible. HP notebooks for some reason have a bad history with some types of Kingston memory. That is the only possible explanation I can come up with.

What if anything do you have in the other memory slot? Should be able to take 2 x 32 gig memory modules.
