I would like to upgrade from 12gb of Memory to 16gb of memory. Task manager says I'm using two of two memory slots and the memory speed is 1866mhz. Can anyone give me advice on selecting and installing memory.

The specs of your machine is

It has 12 GB DDR4-2133 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB, 1 x 8 GB) now. You can simply replace 4GB with a same 8GB from other slot. The following tool help you what are they
https://download.cpuid.com/cpu-z/cpu-z_1.79-en.exe
For example: CPU-Z shows RAM of my machine is from Samsung
