Do you guys know how to upgrade my memory to 8GB DDR3 PC3-12800 1600 MHz SODIMM  and what tools do I need?

Thank you! I am also looking for a legacy display adapter, my system keeps crashing because the Radeon AMD driver is not compatible with the newer version of win10. 

Do you have any suggestion?
