Similar question - HP Support says I need to check the max Memory indicating I cant install more than the max. My max is 8GB across 2 slots (4 in each) - can I install 64GB in each as my Windows Home edition says I can go to max 128GB?

The memory upgrade info can be found in chapter 1.

 

HP indicates that the max is 2 x 8 GB but with most Intel notebooks with the 8th gen core processors, you can install up to 2 x 16 GB of memory.

 

You can see that this similar model notebook to yours supports a max of 32 GB of memory (16 GB in each slot).

Anything more that that is out of the question.
