Product: LAPTOP-FAF9NCGA
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP laptop 15-db0xxx, Laptop-FAF9NCGA, AMD Ryzen 5 2500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.0 Ghz, 8 gb RAM, 64 bit.

 

I put my brand new SD card (64 GB, #10 by SanDisk) into memory card slot.  The computer recognizes something is there, however, no files are transferring.  Please help.

Can you see it under File Manager or  File Explorer similar to:
