OK, now we know for sure that the problem is a memory module.  The problem now is to replace the memory with a compatible replacement.  In trying to find out more about the laptop - the HP Support or even Google search does not report finding that model number.

So physical inspection of the memory installed is the way to match the existing modules.  Remove the memory and find the make and model number and catalog number to find a replacement.

Just so there is not a term usage misunderstanding, if there is a memory check that started and it fails, that is different than a hard drive failure.  AND you cannot install Windows if either of those items have failed.

So which one has the failure - hard drive or memory?

BTW: you can find out for sure by running the Diagnostics routine.  It should check both and report.

To run the Diagnostics routine, Start tapping the Esc key BEFORE starting the PC and then press the start button.
Keep tapping the Esc key until a popup menu shows. Then pick Diagnostics from that popup menu, F2.
Report back with the results.

Hi, I couldn't sign in again due to Google issue.

I have made all checks from diagnostics but only memory check is fails.

So hardware check is successful just memory check.

I have attached a picture from diagnostics.
