Ran a blue screen with errors test because my new laptop won’t go past the blue recovery screen anymore. Memory fast test failed. Failure id: 9amlg2-crfbg1-9246mf-40dq03 what does this meen

The 15-fc0xxx that come with AMD 7520U, 7320U, 7220U, 7120U processors have onboard memory which is not removable or replaceable.

If your PC has one of the above processors, you may need a new motherboard.
