My computer is running really slow and i play WoW and its now having a hard time running the game. What do i need to do to get it
to smooth back out again? I'm not sure if i need more memory or RAM or if i can even add that to this computer.

OK, Brittany. I will give you the max upgrades which will greatly increase the everyday performance of the PC.
Max RAM is 16GB of DDR3L 1600MHz RAM (2x8GB). At the moment you have 6GB (1x2GB+1x4GB), so you could replace the 2GB module with a 4GB or even 8GB module, or get a 16GB kit (2x8GB) module (I would say at least 8GB)
Example

On page 41 of service manual you can see the steps to upgrade RAM

You should replace the hard drive with a 2.5" SATA3 SSD such as the Samsung 860 Evo or similar which would give great performance boost:

On page 36 of service manual you can see the steps to replace the drive.
You will need to reinstall the OS on the SSD either by migrating an image. Using recovery disks or with Microsoft media you can download to create a bootle USB drive.

You should also completly update the PC
Hope it helps,
David
