Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

 

The memory upgrade info can be found in chapter 1.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide HP 15 Laptop PC

 

Your notebook supports 2 x 8 GB of DDR4 memory.

 

This would be a compatible 8 GB memory chip for your notebook...

On that page of manual says non customer accessible meaning i buy the memory i need and take my laptop to someone like best buy to install it?

It means that HP requests any upgrades be performed by an authorized service center.

 

If you feel that you can do the work yourself without breaking anything in the process, feel free to do so.

 

If you break something, the warranty will probably be voided.

 

The memory removal and replacement procedure can be found in chapter 6.
