Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. I just got an  HP 15-db1xxx (product number 1N7N7EA#AB7).

I am wondering whether I have the option of increasing my RAM memory and by how much? I have installed 12GB and I was wondering whether 16GB or 32GB would be possible. I did not manage to work out if this is possible via the HP Support Assistant

Below is the link to the Crucial memory report for a very similar model to yours.

 

Memory RAM & SSD Upgrades | hp - compaq | hp 15-db series | HP 15-db1028nq | Crucial EU

 

According to the report you can install 2 x 16 GB of memory.
