HP Pavilion x360 - 14-cd0021ur
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! Could someone help me please? Can't find memory specifications for the Pavilion 360-14-cd0021ur. Does it have one or two memory ports available? And what is the maximum memory supported for this device? The only thing mentioned in Product specifications for the memory is 4 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB). But what about the possibility of an upgrade?

Hi:

Below is the link to the product specs for your notebook.

https://support.hp.com/ie-en/document/c06083907

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook's model series.

The memory upgrade info can be found in chapter 1.

The 12 GB limit does not make sense to me.

It should be 2 x 8 GB and some folks have reported that you can run 2 x 16 GB in there.

However, I can only give you the official information, since I don't own your model and haven't tried to upgrade the memory.

The 'non-customer-accessible/non-upgradable' statement means that only an authorized service center is supposed to do the upgrades, but if after reading the memory removal and replacement procedures, you feel you can do the upgrade without breaking anything in the process (thus voiding the warranty), feel free to do so.
