Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I would like to upgrade the memory on my HP 14-ck2000 series laptop. The memory is currently 4GB. However, the processing speed is slow. What do you recommend for optimal performance.

Hi:

 

HP only has the service manuals for the older 14-ck models on your notebook's support page.

 

HP 14-ck2000 Laptop PC series Manuals | HP® Customer Support

 

Chapter 1 has the memory upgrade information.

 

The maximum memory depends on what model processor your PC has.

 

Only the models with the Intel core processors have two memory slots.
