Greetings.
For some reason I cannot seem to access the user manual to the HP Stream Laptop 14-cb1xxx, and would like some answers to a few questions that I have:
1). Can the preconfigured 4 GB of SDRAM be increased on the HP Stream Laptop 14-cb1xxx, and if so, what is the maximum amount of additional memory that can be installed/supported?
2). Do the HP Stream Laptop 14-cb1xxx have a backlit keyboard so that I can type in the low light environments?
Thank you very much for your time and assistance. 🙂

@Abdul-Raheem Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you would like to upgrade the RAM.
I have checked the manual (page number 1)
Your model has only one memory slot. And it supports only 4GB RAM.
One SODIMM slot-non-accessible/non-upgradeable DDR4-2400MHz single-channel support Supports up to 4 GB maximum system memory
According to the manual, this model does not have the keyboard backlight.
If the light symbol on the keyboard function key. Then it is supported for the backlight.
If there is no light symbol, it will not support it.
Please refer to the following link.
