Hi,

I want to upgrade my laptop from 4GB to at least 16GB. Where's the best place to buy the RAM and is 16GB the limit?

Thanks!

The only other number I can find, other than the serial number is 7XN35UA#ABA.

Hello again,

Why am I finding it so difficult to find out the correct memory cards to buy to upgrade my RAM from 4GB to 16 or better?

Like I said, the laptop model is 15-db0xxx and the product number is 7XN35UA#ABA. Can you please advise or maybe steer me to someone who can?

Thanks,

Bruce
