Hello I have to Defrag my 8 gb memory each day. My system is so very slow. I would like to find out how many memory banks there are. I know it Max's out at 26gb. Some say 1 slot some sayc2 slots. Some say you have to remove back and a cover to get to the memory. This is good. Others say you have to remove the back, keyboard, motherboard and covers to get to the memory. If this is the case I will just rip it apart to recover the new SSD 1TB  that was put in last year and purchase a new desk top. Thanks for reading.

@DrMike2

What is your machine actually and why you have to Defrag my 8 gb memory each day ? Sorry, I can't work out what is the problem with your machine and what are you talking about Memory (RAM) or disk space (STORAGE).

Regards.
