Messed up Laptop

I recently spilled water on my keyboard, I shut off my device a few moments after it happened, and didn't use it after a while, when I turned it back on, some of my keys weren't working, My O L and . keys when pressed would type random keys, the O key would type something like qweru, but it wasn't like this all the time, sometimes it would go back to normal randomly, I've tried my best to fix it, but nothing has seemed to work, and I haven't found and tutorials on fixing it online, please help, thank you.
