Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 ¡¡¡AUXILIO!!! buenos dias , mi problema es que ayer estaba trabajando en mi laptop HP 14-BS002LA , y me di cuenta de que le quedaba un 10 porciento de bateria , por lo cual, fui a buscar el cargador. Cuando volví, mi laptop esta a apagada , con la pantalla en negro, y asumí que en el tiempo que habia ido a buscar el, cargador, esta se habia descargado. Intenté cargar mi laptop y no prendió . Cuando apreto el boton de encendido, la luz que esta al lado del boton esc parpadea 3 veces de color blanco  y la pantalla queda en negro. Ya intenté reiniciar el hardware y nada

Por favor respondanme luego, estoy muy urgida!!!
