Microsoft Windows 11

I have two microSDXC cards (one of them a SanDisk Ultra 128GB micro SDXC), and I tried to read them on both my laptops using an SD card adapter. One of them works fine, but the SanDisk one I had issues reading. When I insert the card into the PC, WIndows says that the card needs to be formatted, and when I try to format it the PC says formatting failed. I've tried formatting it using Command Prompt, Disk Management, Diskpart but it didn't work. I also tried deleting the volume and the only partition on the card but that didn't work either. I then tried to do it using third party software like Disk Genius, Partition Wizard, Partition Assistant, and SD Card Formatter Tool from the SD Association but none of them could format the SanDisk card. When the card is inserted in the PC, it shows that the card's file system is RAW and I can't convert it to another file system. Is there any way to save this micro SDXC or is beyond repair?

I tried it on another laptop and the problem persists. How old are your Sandisk cards?

Well, that means your Sandisk card is a faulty card. My cards are at least 6 years old or older. I bought my phone before my retirement (I used to use company''s phones).
