Product: HP Spectre x360 13.5 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-ef2000 (771X4AV)

My new HP spectre is hardly out tyhe box and I've started getting the error message below.

I;ve tried updateing, reloading, fixing tool, etc. and still cant get ride of it. 

 

Any ideas please.?
