Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Since an update in late October, I haven't been able to sign in to MS Outlook on my laptop.  I get 1200 and 80090016 messages.  I've tried clearing the TPM with no luck.  I've talked with support at GoDaddy  (where I purchased MS 365 from) for hours.  Additionally, I've searched online forums and tried multiple suggestions, updates, etc.  with no luck.  I can access fine over the web, but I just can't sign-in and use the ap that I've become dependent upon. Thanks in advance.
