Hello, I am looking to get a portable power bank that I can use to charge my HP OMEN 150-ce008ca laptop on long trips, primarily airplanes. The issue I've run into is the 150W output requirement for the AC adapter, as most of the smaller, lightweight power banks available that are allowed on an airplane provide less than 100W output (and apparently most outlets on the airplanes themselves max out around 75-100W - the few times I’ve tried to plug mine in on a plane the outlet just shuts off all power flow).
My question is whether my laptop/AC adapter will only work with a minimum of 150W output, or if it will still charge the laptop with a slightly lower output? Or at the very least work off the external power supply even if it doesn't actually charge the battery at the same time? I’ve found one lightweight portable bank with 130W output that falls just under the max airplane restriction, but it is pricey so before I order it I want to find out whether it is even worth trying out.
Alternatively, if the 150W AC adapter simply will not work with 130W or less output, would my laptop itself be able to run/charge off a 120W-130W adapter? The maintenance/service guide lists 150W and 200W requirements for various OMEN 15-ce models, but has anyone actually tested out any of the OMEN 15-ce models with a lower capacity AC adapter? Note I’m not looking to be able to do power-hog tasks (eg. gaming) while traveling, I'd just like the ability to work on Word docs or watch movies, etc. I also don’t care if using a lower capacity adapter slows down the charge time so long as it keeps the computer going when I'm on a long-haul flight.
Any help/advice you can give me on this matter will be appreciated, thanks!

As you can see, it requires 150W or 200W. Less than 150W it may display a message saying "not enough power" or won't run at all.
Even it is a 15" class machine but it is really big and heavy, Physically, at this stage, they can't make 150W adapters smaller.
Regards.
