Missing Driver - PCI Simple Communications Controller

Problem Solved. Windows found driver and had it listed under optional updates in driver section. If an Admin would like to delete this post that would be great. 

I'm looking for the Intel Management Engine Interface for a DV4-4048CA. 

I realize they don't make drivers for Windows 10 for this Windows 7 device. I would settle for the Windows 7 drivers

It was running windows 10 and had a serious crash. I clean installed. 

The Hardware Id is 

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C3A&SUBSYS_3585103C&REV_04

My understanding is I need SP54095.exe. While I found a link in one of these threads to the file the link was dead. Appears all drivers related to this device have been removed. I say appears as I can't find. I could be in error.

When I hover over Kudos it won't let me click. 

I now notice the Qualcom Atheros AR3011 bluetooth won't load properly.

Thanks for the Bluetooth driver. Installed but same effect. Start, look good and resorts Code 43. 

I'm going to leave it. The drivers in that thread are older.
