Yesterday, I was able to solved a missing driver by asking the community. Today a total of 6 components with missing driver appeared in the device manager unfortunately. I tried almost all the HP driver but no luck. It looks like the drivers in the HP website are all outdated. (???.)
1. Detection Verification
2. PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller
3. PCI Device
4, PCI Device
5. PCI Memory Controller
6.SM Bus Controller
Thanks in advance for you help.

Hi:
First install the Intel chipset installation utility and restart the PC. That should install all of the devices but the detection verification device.

The detection verification device is installed by the audio driver...

I have installed these 2 drivers and it solved the 3 missing drivers. Unfortunately, the Detection Verification was still a problem.
Thank you anyway for the help.

You're very welcome.
Try manually installing the driver for the detection verification device...
Go to the device manager. Click on the detection verification device.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver. Select the Browse my computer for drivers option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp104077.
Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.
You can see from these other discussions that the audio driver installs that device...

One of the PCI devices needs this driver...
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp101001-101500/sp101042.exe
Please post the hardware ID for the remaining PCI device after you install the card reader driver, so I can figure out what driver it needs.
