Product: HP ENVY X360 - 13-ar0505na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I am missing the letter 'i' from my keyboard and can't seem to be able to get support for a repair or source it from a third party site. It pinged off with a broken hinge after my cats claws were stretched on it. The keyboard is backlit and the metal struts are still perfectly intact.

Sorry to say single keys are not a part that is available from HP or really anywhere else. Long shot but sometimes you can find a parts unit on eBay or similar site. The fix is to replace the whole keyboard and it is not easy or inexpensive.
