After I updated my HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop to Windows 11 (after previously being fully up-to-date), my power options have disappeared and only states "There are currently no power options available" when I click on the power button in windows. Next, I attempted to run system checker in the command prompt in hopes of fixing the issue, but I ended up getting an error message (shown below).
Error: 740
Elevated permissions are required to run DISM.
Use an elevated command prompt to complete these tasks.
What should I do to fix my power options?

Power option has different name under Windows 11 called "Power and Sleep settings" came old location. You can also access to options by
(a) Hold down Win key,
(b) Hit letter i
(c) Select Power & Battery
