My boot drive had crashed, which was replaced by HP authorized engineer. However, while opening the product for drive change, the HP engineer found that the screws (under the cushion pads) which hold the back panel to machine were missing. The back panel keeps splitting open due to missing screws. Pls advise how I can get the problem fixed.

@ViBee If there are missing screws and you have an HP authorized service center near by, you should be able to take it to them and have it checked,
Here is a link to HP Service Centers, by Country/Region: Click here
They should be able to get this sorted.
P.S: Welcome to HP Community 😉
