Common problems for Battery

I have a HP 840 G3 with motherboard 6050A2892301-MB-A01. It neither powers on nor charge. I traced the problem to a component which is missing on the motherboard, I am guessing it is a capacitor. I would love a little help on which specification of the capacitor I should replace.
The power gets to the components, they are two each being supplied 20.3V but seeing as one is missing, the circuit is not completed.. I am sure the missing component is the reason why the power stops there.missing component.jpg

The image shows two missing electronic components, not just one.

That looks like a smoke checked MOSFET and a fried capacitor.

You could get away with the missing filter capacitor, but not the missing MOSFET.

That does not look like the power/charge circuit area of the system board.
