Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Looking for the driver for the cd/dvd drive that was install when purchased.  drive does not show up in device manager.

Running windows 10 64.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the DVD drive driver is missing in the device manager.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I would like to inform you that the DVD drive uses the Windows built-in drivers and there are no separate drivers from HP.

 

If the DVD drive is not getting detected in Windows, I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
