After my upgrade from Win 7 to 10 I'm missing a couple of drivers.

In Device manager they are grouped as follows :

- Other Devices

  - Base system device

  - Fingerprint Sensor

  - PCI Serial Port

  - PCI Simple Communications Controller

  - Unknown Device

Please advice how to solve this.

Hi:

Use the W7 drivers...

Base system device:

This package contains the Ricoh Media Card Reader Driver for the supported notebook/laptop models and operating systems. The Ricoh Media Card Reader driver provides support for the following media: Memory Stick, xD-Picture Card, MMC, SD, and SmartCard.

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp45001-45500/sp45112.exe

Fingerprint Sensor:

This package contains the driver for the AuthenTec Fingerprint Sensor in the supported notebook models and operating systems. NOTE: To use a fingerprint to logon to a Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Windows Vista, or Microsoft Windows 7 notebook, the HP ProtectTools Security Manager Suite version 4.00 is required.

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp47501-48000/sp47729.exe

PCI Serial Port  & PCI Simple Communications Controller:

This package provides the Intel Active Management Technology (AMT) driver for the supported notebook/laptop models and operating systems.

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp45001-45500/sp45131.exe

Unknown Device:

This package provides the HP 3D DriveGuard software for supported notebooks that are running a supported operating system. HP 3D DriveGuard protects the hard drive by "parking the heads" if the notebook is accidentally dropped or is abruptly impacted by another object.
