Hi, I have an HP probook 4330s. that originally came with windows 7. I recently upgrade to Windows 10 pro 64 bit, and now I have some drivers that are not installed and if I go to the HP support page of my laptop windows 10 doesn't even exist.
The missing drivers are the following:
USB\VID_138A&PID_003C\00B0FC53248B
ACPI\HPQ0004\3&B1BFB68&0
Slot PCI 2 (Bus PCI 36, dispositivo 0, funzione 0)
Qualcomm Atheros AR3011 Bluetooth 3.0 Adapter
Slot PCI 2 (Bus PCI 36, dispositivo 0, funzione 3)
The laptop seems to work well though it takes long time to switch on but I am not sure if these missing drivers can give me some problems in the future. Any help would be very appreciated, thank you very much!

Hi:
There is no working driver for the Bluetooth. You will have to go without, or purchase an external USB BT adapter.
USB\VID_138A&PID_003C: NOTE: Manually install the driver if the auto install method doesn't work.
This package contains the driver that enables the Validity Fingerprint Sensor in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The fingerprint sensor scans fingerprints for use with biometric security applications.

ACPI\HPQ0004:
This package provides the HP 3D DriveGuard software for supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. HP 3D DriveGuard protects the hard drive by "parking the heads" if the notebook is accidentally dropped or is abruptly impacted by another object.

Dear Paul,
thank you so much for your very quick reply!
One of the drivers seems to be fixed while the other four still aren't, let's say 3 as the bluetooth can't be fixed.
Anyway thank you so much for your help and wish you a beautiful Christmas!

You're very welcome, Alfredo.
The driver for the USB\VID_138A&PID_003C should have installed if you manually installed the driver.
See if this works...go to the device manager, click on the unknown USB\VID_138A&PID_003C device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp58900.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.
So, are you saying that these devices also need drivers?
You didn't post the hardware ID's for those.
Slot PCI 2 (Bus PCI 36, dispositivo 0, funzione 0)
Slot PCI 2 (Bus PCI 36, dispositivo 0, funzione 3)
Without knowing the hardware ID's, I'm guessing that you need this driver which should install both devices...
The JMicron Media Card Reader Driver enables the integrated media card slot in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.
