Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer says it has two slots for ram but the motherboard has only one slot and then an empty space where another slot should be but there's only empty screw holes, I cant find the parts to replace it either, anyone know how to fix this?

Hi:

Since your notebook has the Pentium processor, there is only one memory slot, and that is normal.

Only notebooks with the Intel core processors have two memory slots.

If you look at the service manual, chapter 1, bottom of page 1, top of page 2, you will find that info.

One non-customer-accessible/upgradable memory module slot

Supports up to 4 GB (4096×1) of DDR4-2400 single channel support (Intel Pentium Silver N5000, Celeron
N4000 processors)
