Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I am trying to replace my battery on HP x360 convertable 2 in 1 laptop - 13.3in, which I bought way back in 2015. But now as I am removing screws, I figured out that there are two missing screw holes on the back of my laptop which is not allwing me to remove my front keyboard panel.

Any one else had this issue?

Here is your Service Manual- http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04825536.pdf

I see there are 2 small screw covers in the middle of the bottom of the laptop. Pry them off and the last 2 screws are underneath as shown on page 25-26.

Post your full model number or Product ID and we can get you the service manual with full procedures to replace everything on the laptop.

Most of the HP laptops in recent years you just remove the bottom cover to get to the battery. Almost all of them have screws under a couple feet or rubber strips.

MODEL : 13-s192nr

S/N : 8CG5424GMJ

P/N : P1F11UA#ABA

Removed all screws that are present on the back cover, even the ones under rubber seals.

The only place where the keyboard cover is stuck is the middle two spots where they do not have anything at the back

Correct, thats where i was looking for rubber covers for screws like other ones

But I don't have anything there. its just a plastic cover with grooves on it.

If you have a email id , I can send you a picture

Ohh it wasn't a rubber cover, instead a plastic cover. I tried to break through and it popped off. Got it.

thank you so much
