Hi All,
It seems there is no WWAN adapter in my EliteBook 850 G5 notebook, only a SIM card slot without function. I would like to see a device manager screen shot from a notebook from the same type, which has WWAN adapter. Could you please upload one?
As an extra question, I couldn't run HPInstaller.exe when I wanted to install the device drivers (even tough it hasn't got sence), it doesn't start (neither in Administrator mode), have you experienced the same problem?
Thank you in advance!

EliteBook 15 G5 is a series of many models/products with many different combnations/options/configurations and WWAN is optional that means your machine may NOT have WWAN card.
The series supports the following cards
●Integrated WWAN options with dual antennas (M.2 30x42 socket USB2)
LTE CAT4: Huawei HP lt4132, LTE/HSPA+ w/GPS M.2
●Integrated WWAN options with dual antennas (M.2 30x42 socket PCIe)
LTE CAT9: Fibocom Intel XMM 7360 LTE-Advanced
Note: Not all markets support above cards.
But the series also supports WWAN after market option (AMO) that menas you may be able to buy WWAN yourself and install to your computer.
Regards.
