Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Does the HP 15-DAOO14DX have a hard drive bay for a standard hard drive other then the M2 slot.

Yes it has, it has HDD bay for a 2.5" HDD/SSD with 7mm thickness. Please use page 45 of the last manual on the following link for more info:

Note: You need to buy  Hard drive bracket part # L20455-001. You need it to keep HDD/SSD in place.
