I wanted to add SSD to my laptop , to increase performance (speed)
I have observed that physical M.2 slot is not there on motherboard. But, in manual it is showing as physical slot is there. Can you please help me how can I add SSD without M2 slot . I don't want to replace hdd with SSD , I just wanted to add 1 more SSD with 250gb only for os and softwares installation

You can't add an M.2 slot if the header isn't there. Most people can't anyway.
On the system boards of some mainstream notebook such as yours, the pins are there, but the M.2 header with the slot is not there.
Your only option is to replace your legacy hard disk with a 2.5" SATA SSD. That will require the reinstallation of Windows.
