Product: Victus by HP Laptop 16-d0197TX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello!

I'm currently looking for a new laptop because my old one can't handle modern tasks anymore. I find this Victus 16-d0197TX quite suitable for my need, but HP just gave me basic information like an Intel Core i7-11800H processor, 16GB of memory, RTX 3060 and a 16.1-inch 144Hz FHD screen. I want to know more before considering buying it, so:

  • Is the RAM can be upgraded? And if yes, what is the maximum amount?
  • How many storage slots are there?
  • Windows 10 or 11 is came pre-installed? (I need stablization for my work, not new BSODs. :>>>)

Manual says 32 gigs DDR4-3200 is max but with 11th gen CPU it will run 64 gigs. 

 

There are two M.2 NVME slots and it is capable of RAID-0 with two M.2 SSDs. See p. 32 of the Manual for a diagram.

 

Windows 10 is preinstalled.
