Product: HP x360 Envy 15m-bq021-dx Prod# 1KS87UA#ABA
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi: Can't find "HP replace with part number label" on mobo for HP x360 Envy 15m-bq021-dx Prod# 1KS87UA#ABA, S/N [edited] laptop now out of warranty (15 months old).  I "believe" it to be 924315-001 /  932942-001 but vendors can't match up with labels I found on mobo by RAM.  Label by RAM says...M/O: 000028185669, 455.0BY91.0001, MB-CT:PGNBF1A0G781FZ.   Any assistance would be appreciated.

Problem with laptop is severly faded LCD touch screen almost black but works on external monitor and laptop will not stay powered on for more than a few mintues.  Redid the thermal past on the CPU and no changes.
